When you file you tax return this year I just discovered that you can claim the premiums you pay for health insurance and dental insurance (PSHCP and Dental) under allowable medical deductions. Check the yearly pension statement you recieve to check the amount of each premium and multiply by 12 for the total.

It might be useful info to view the whole list. Every penny in our pockets counts...especially nowadays!
