K9 your experience I the mater is without a doth, anting the fast road has in the past gotten us (the best deal possible) I that not déjà vue? Having lived the situation, and so have you, our insight in this story goes a long way! Some in the pas had the balls to cairy the fight on there own and I hope they did well. But unfortunatly mn like that are rare and far in beetween. We all want NOW, noy making the dfference beetween the needs and the wants. I guess things will never change! Can't wait to see you in Halifax. Walk tall be proud, we are Vet's

Re: What about this! Reality.
Im in a court action right now just entering my 5th year. It is about to settle. they always take 5 years to test the stamina of the victim.
We have a full poker hand GOC called we ca raise the bet and lay it down or just lay it down now.
If my and other peoples arguments are valid and the court follows the law and people accept the concept of leave no vet behind we will delay this for 90 days and have a few issues touched up. I trust greed to get a little cash now wont over take people when they are ignoring the many other vets who will be left behind so they get there quick settlement.

I here you K9 ,Scare tactics has been infused into this forum, by a few people, and fear breeds fear! pretty soon, the forum gets diluted, and Chaos rules. Chaos only benifits those that want Chaos. I 'm sure if your name K9 refers to a dog. you have sniffed out some real truth.

What about this! Reality.
Lost my post?????
It was about the fact that going all the way is long, you win some lose some but it is not a reason because it could be long that we had to settle.
Some who have health problems wanted this over yesterday,
I understand it.
What we have here as a settlement is the best not perfect we could of had.
The GOC did change lots of stuff knowing they were wrong and had no chance of winning.
But they could of made this long for nothing.
We need to vent to the Judge what we feel is right or not,
and this is what we should all do.
Don't know what happened to my original post but it was just to say that going all the way at the stage we were wasn't so rough.
Again, all this writing of letters and being there on the 14th as nothing to do with the tremendous work that Denis and the Firm did but more to denunciate GOC' ACTIONS
