Ole "Slip in The Ditch" eh Rifleman lol yup still can't believe I was hammered in a Monastery on that crap, but so were the Monsignors and Serbs but we gathered our intel, the CP had to wait till morning due to an irregular speech pattern.
As for the 1198's I have now heard from 4 different people and all have similar situations, all zero summed released from 1999 to 2005 all only had the CFSA Pension as a taxable income, none had CPPD and 1 had DTC, 2 had spouses that worked part time with children (3 for one couple) (1 for the other) the other was divorced in 2011, the other married no kids, so it is working. 3 of the 4 had sizable payments to CRA and all they told me was they will receive a positive return. The 3 did not say if the return was just a reduction of the CRA payment they owed or if the return was wiped clean and they gained income, so please do not ask. The married man no children received a cheque (did not say how much but he was smiling, why guess he didn't have to pay and bought a burger who knows) Friday and he owed 21,000 prior to his final notice of assessment and re-assessment.
