My COLA on my pension is $37 and after deductions it is $5. This is better than between 1 cent and $4.99. LOL.

Every Jan . 01, 2015 ,2016,2017, etc.etc.etc.
Med. Rel. personnel get the COLA given by the Treasury Board each year with a one time annual statement
CPPD ... also adjusts each & every Jan.01........................ 1.80 %
as does CFSA ... CF Pension ........................................... 1.80 %
VAC Med. Pension ........................................................... 1.80 %
& Sisip Ltd now ! ............................................................. 1.75 %

If you are not medically released, then your pension is indexed when your years of service plus your age reach the magic number of 85.

Yes, if you are medically released from CF then your CFSA is indexed right away going forward.

Is a Military pension only indexed with COLA before age 60 or 65 if the person is medically released as I was indexed right away upon medical release? I am confused with this COLA on LTD benefits. You get COLA on insurance income but only COLA on a pension once you reach 60 or 65.

Is there a yearly COLA on Military pensions? My pension goes up every year due to being medically released because I get indexed. Just wondering if there is also a COLA.
