Yes the monthly premiums are going up but as of this year and going forward their is no annual deduction on first time use each year.
So it is even more important that everyone remembers to claim their health insurance premiums and dental premiums on their yearly taxes.
I use my Pension Statement to verify my premiums I pay every year. For example for 2014 I paid $700 in premiums and I'm going to claim it under my yearly medical deductions.

Yes, tis true. The news has been out for some time. Not good for pocket books but still a better deal than I can get with plans like the blue cross.

Just received a bulletin from PSHCP, and their rates are increasing, and if I read it right this increase is the first of a four year contribution phase in-period.
I also received a CF pension adjustment showing the extra amount withheld on my pension.
Has anybody else received this ? as this is news to me.
