Is anyone aware of whether they included your VA pension when totaling ALL sources of income and awards. The news article posted on the VV site says "As Bill C-55 has now been passed by the Treasury Board if your total income from all sources (CF Pension, ELB, CPP Disability) is under $40,000 a year" I am wondering if it was a typo and or an omission to not include they VA pension. Under Bill-C55 I qualify to get an increase to $40,000 if they do not include my VA pension. Anyone who can clarify this for me it would be greatly appreciated.

Short answer "yes" they include your VA (actually you recieve a monthly PA, Pension Act) in totalling your income.
So sorry from what you stated you do not qualify for the $40,000 a year.
BUT the staff of VVi is currently investigating other "options" that veterans might be entitled to. So as they say "stay tuned".
