It's probably crashed from to much traffic. Thousands of vets trying to log on at the same time.

now it's showing this . "My VAC Account is currently unavailable while we perform system maintenance." This is seriously messed up.

No calculations for me either, not sure how they got their calculation sheet?
Maybe opted out of the paper letter correspondence through my VAC account.

yeah same i got a letter today letting me know how much showing the breakdown of the payment and it was very close to what you all helped me find so ty

I got my letter in MyVAC account stating the amount of retro and will be deposited within 2 weeks
