I wonder if there was outside pressure on the Equitas ruling as well.
Who knows with this political bunch.

For those that don't know the Supreme Court of Canada will not be hearing the Equitas case meaning the lawsuit is dead. However Equitas will now be pushing things in an advocacy role.

Well Danny he didn't lie he said the court wasn't qualified to rule on this case, it just took him five year's to come to that conclusion a little slow in the intelligence department in my opinion.
You don't really want to know my opinion on the matter!!!

And Ps.
I think we are all allowed to be upset over this decision/pre-established outcome.
But there is hope.
There is the "announcement," that has yet to be made.
If you've been following along or are being dragged through the Veterans file,
Welcome aboard and salute that flag at the aft of the ship?
It is all BS according to this sitting GoC.
So, do a half ass job at your post?
Always question authority
That's a lesson learned in time.

POINTING OUT THE OBVIOUS
WHO'S this man to judge members of the Military?
No military experience, equates lack of proper judgment. IMO

Danny respect the position not the man. He follows the law as we used to follow Government Orders. Gov't Orders from politicians who had no military experience but we followed the orders because we were trained to do the job.

Now we're in a pickle aren't we.
Proletarians, we may finally stand firm and put our foot down on these overpaid dictating politicians.

Like we were all thinking, "this said judge was tainted from they get go!"  ( keep speaking out, until mandate is amended properly)

Utter stupidity, run by immature school kids on parliament hill.

We are dealing with a National treasure.
Canada's Veterans.

I know how much we are worth and we are worth more then $10.5 million.

Each one of us are now worth a lot more then a lowball VAC figure.
.
Fake news and fake GoC is what we have here in our presence.
Two years and goodbye.

On behalf of Canada's wounded soldiers, we would like to stand (some can't) and give you and they other two stooges a round of applause.

WOW!
The big machine is a failure.
Announce your intentions.
He practiced with the Attorney General of British Columbia and with Davis & Company (as it was then known) in the fields of civil litigation and constitutional and administrative law, He was called to the British Columbia bar in 1985, and was made a Queen’s Counsel in 1999. He taught administrative law at the University of Victoria for several years, and now teaches statutory interpretation at the University of British Columbia and University of Victoria.

Queen who?
We do not fall under any of this stooge's school studies.
He is a pencil pusher, dictated by someone above.
So, keep pushing ahead and open the doors to the Supreme joke of Canada.
This is utter foolishness.
Respect, wow, I was some fracking brainwashed.
Now wash out a militarized member, past or present?
That is unaskable, IMO.
RESPECT your veterans.
We will get there.
I wonder what is so hard to understand about that.
I

This court case is controlled by the justice department just like the sisip adjudication. Our beef was with Manulife but who came to the rescue, justice department lawyers! We were employees of the government and who supplied lawyer's to fight us and in my opinion control the adjudication same as their controlling the court system. The judge should have made a ruling year's ago. This is not a legal system it's an injustice department system and the court's are playing their game and so are lawyers in my opinion...

Background to the court process.
Wondering why there is such a backlog?
Thanks to this gentleman, we've received more insight of how the upper echelons mechanism works? (Executive Branch)
The Power of money.
Guessing this sounds all to familiar to the older ladies and gentleman on this forum.

I do trust him Danny because his specialty is law and he understands it because he worked his way up from legal aid to lawyer to judge.

If the judge  rules against the gov't then the implication is this to ALL politicians...If you make a campaign promise you are legally bound to keep said promise.

How many times have we said this?  If they make a promise then keep it.  I could be wrong but this is a huge game changer in the future.

I'll give him the benefit of the doubt, will you?

"I could be wrong but this is a huge game changer in the future" , hope so teentitan!
