This court case is controlled by the justice department just like the sisip adjudication. Our beef was with Manulife but who came to the rescue, justice department lawyers! We were employees of the government and who supplied lawyer's to fight us and in my opinion control the adjudication same as their controlling the court system. The judge should have made a ruling year's ago. This is not a legal system it's an injustice department system and the court's are playing their game and so are lawyers in my opinion...

Background to the court process.
Wondering why there is such a backlog?
Thanks to this gentleman, we've received more insight of how the upper echelons mechanism works? (Executive Branch)
The Power of money.
Guessing this sounds all to familiar to the older ladies and gentleman on this forum.

I do trust him Danny because his specialty is law and he understands it because he worked his way up from legal aid to lawyer to judge.

Not all decisions have to be made from someone with a military background.

If the judge  rules against the gov't then the implication is this to ALL politicians...If you make a campaign promise you are legally bound to keep said promise.

How many times have we said this?  If they make a promise then keep it.  I could be wrong but this is a huge game changer in the future.

I'll give him the benefit of the doubt, will you?

"I could be wrong but this is a huge game changer in the future" , hope so teentitan!

POINTING OUT THE OBVIOUS
WHO'S this man to judge members of the Military?
No military experience, equates lack of proper judgment. IMO

Danny respect the position not the man. He follows the law as we used to follow Government Orders. Gov't Orders from politicians who had no military experience but we followed the orders because we were trained to do the job.
