He's not getting out of the military.  To be the VAC Liaison Officer you have to be an officer of the CF to liaise.

And those "listening skills" he has are going to be either shut down or burnt out within a year if he doesn't act fast. He should just go to the new JPSU formation to find out the systemic problems.

I wonder though if he is auditioning for the Deputy Minister's position or checking out the details of being the VAC DM?

I actually broke his nose during basketball practice once. By accident of course. One of the best XO's I ever sailed with.
