I hear you 2 Truck and johnny211.
Here's just a few thoughts of mine,

En masse is the way to go... by the thousands !
But darn it, it won't happen until all advocacy groups consolidate.
That's a very very hard thing to do.
Ain't too hard to think of some... bureaucratic finger licking favourites though is it ?
It gets even better ! Just think of some that have an onus in someones else's pocket/pie.
Makes me SICKER than I already am.

Words might be bullshyte, but I can hobble on the hill.

Stay very well all.

Now your talking. I would say a few thousand Vets, on the hill for a week, or permanently would get some notice. VVV...

I think we need to rally on Parliament Hill. I mean a huge veteran rally that they can't ignore.
I would come out of my bunker for that!
I have a tent.....will travel.
I mean we need to ambush the hill.
Have a week long rally.
I believe it's time to stop being nice and quiet.
Why do no veterans groups have rallies?
The lobbying on our behalf doesn't work....we are being ignored!

2 Truck - I have to agree with you. We have been screwed left, right, and centre. Policies scewed last year, change the name, too jack new Vets around, and to do one thing, save the gov money on the back of the injured who fought and gave it all for this country. It's way past time. But I can honestly not see it happening.
How would this even be started off? Johnny Out,,VVV...

IMO it is time for an inquiry into the policies and procedures of Veterans Affairs.
I mean a "leave no stone unturned" inquiry.
I believe that VAC maybe not following the common law of our great country.
I have a lot of questions.
Why is the NVC being treated as a welfare program for Veterans?
Why are benefits taxed?
WCB isn't even taxed!
Can we sue for our injuries under tort law since our benefits are taxed?
The ELB is given as wage replacement.
I believe this is wrong for two reasons.
1. We are no longer employed by the CF.
2. Injuries workers are entitled to loss earning capacity in the form of damages under tort law.
Why is our CFSA deducted from the ELB?
It is my property paid for by me through my wages and service!! It is not income.....it is a pension which is my property.
Just a thought.
