ASBESTOS ON LUNGS Empty ASBESTOS ON LUNGS

Post by Versutus Mon 19 Mar 2018, 15:39

My inquiry is mainly oriented to Signals personnel. I have recently been told that asbestos was lining the envelope around my lungs. Having worked for many years in radio vans and AN/GRC 26 pods I was wondering if, anyone knew what type of material was used to line the inside of their wall. This is the only place I can think of where asbestos, could have been used. I also had colon cancer, which I was operated for. I lost a third of my intestines, but so far the cancer is dormant.
