Application Denied

The thing to do is Login to MyVac and Check your preferences and see if you have it checked that your letters and stuff are Posted online and or if correspondences are mailed to you.

If it is checked online thru MyVac you won't get a hard copy, you'd have to print it off from MyVac if you did want a Hard copy.

So from main menu, select Profile, scroll down to Communications
then select Manage.

And Look at the List and see how or what your options are selected,
Like for me I am paperless and Yes is checked so I get everything thru MyVac
if No then it comes snail mail.

I have received a denial letter through my Vac Account it showed up on my Vac account a couple of days after it was mailed through regular mail

I’m only guessing but if it’s good news they don’t mind telling you right away, looking for a pat on the back, but if it’s bad news they use snail mail , to drag out the appeal response they are going to inevitably get.
