Maybe the clock starts at 2 yrs. I have one claim showing at Stage 3, since July 2018...The wait times need to be fixed, they have gone beyond reason..VVV

Decision making process
Has anyone put in a new PSC application after April 2019 and had it approved or denied yet? I was wondering about new timelines, since April they changed the way they show where your application is on the My Vac account. Last year, if my application was at the decision making level, I had an answer within 3 months but now it looks like the decision making level is where the clock starts on the 53 weeks. I had a claim go from step 1 to step 3 over night, I also had a claim that was changed to claim withdrawn(by mistake) change to decision making.
