I think that Mr Driscoll"s info tonight will be needed like it was yesterday, it is not fair that people need to do all this on their own, it is not normal that things are said, next minute it is changed, call, don't call, send this, don't send that, we can't say more because of the gag order and the info comes from who, SISIP itself, and then people complain that this blog is negative.

wow...my cm said it was an old policy by the treasury board and applied to those released medically before 1995. This is what I mean. Now I am going to have to fight for more info. Where can I find out about the policy by the treasury board regarding this waiver of premium.

my cm told me that all was in order in my file and all they needed was the word to start up. of course that could mean any thing.

That states;
we are writing in reguards to your SISIP WAIVER OF PREMIUM CLAIM
" we have completed your recent medical review and have determined that you continue to meet the criteria for"total disability" based on the evidence accumulated in your file to date."

and it goes on to give there Difinition of "total Disability"

well I have done 2012 medical already and will take that as being completed if they would like to disagree than they had better have a good f#$@ing reason or send a chq for the cost of doing another one! and the letter they sent in responce says it all.
