Firebird,
I had my appeal in just did not have the proof attached to it or full narrative written. I was told they will withdraw it if I dont finish it. Being brain injured Im a little slow on some items. Not like there is any help for the disabled to complete these which is a huge flaw.

Just checking in appears there are lots of losing files and no winning files. Does anyone have the detailed reasons for wins and loses. I still dont get the rules as non have been stated in the filing of the appeal. I have not been able to write my appeal as dont know what Im supposed to appeal or say that was not said by my doc when I was released. But thats not good enough I guess.

Any other appeal winners , please let them know to wait until they start receiving LTD monthly from SISIP before contacting VAC reference ELB , if they are receiving ELB because VAC will stop the ELB immediately and request the ELB back pay right away.

The monthly pension act payment was deducted from the LTD payment. The lawsuit deemed this a wrongful act by the government. So our "offset Pension Act disability pension payments" were returned to the class.

i just checked my email after i wrote on here. Well folks my appeal process is over. I wish all those still waiting good luck with their decision. Now I am dealing with my PIA / PIA Supplement second level review. Anyone who wishes to continue communicating with me can reach me on my PIA thread.
