The Court indicates that the CPI motion on T-463-07 will be tentatively scheduled for March 7, 2014 at 10:30 (Atlantic) in Halifax (parties are to confirm the date prior to the hearing)

Ok Sapper thanks, just haven't heard anything in awhile, good to know that they are still working on it, and yes it could mean more money for us, if successful.

In correspondence with Miss Hunter from MC, she has stated "they" are looking into the cpi issue with sisip lawyers, hoping to come to an agreement out of court. I asked this question last week. This issue changes the outcome of the lawsuit retro payment drastically the longer back one goes. My retro from 1989...the 2% per year on gross income as opposed to net...the numbers are quite different. I guess we wait...

Is there any info as to if MC is still looking into having the court decide in having the cola % applied to the net, or the gross, for each year ?
