ELB CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT
I doubt we will get any interest, but hopefully we will get our retro this summer.

And that's simply because they are busy gathering their loot, er, taxes.

Re: ELB Class Action Law Suit
I know it sounds pessimistic but, when they say 2-3 months behind usually that is an excuse to get to summer break without people pestering them. I you have any experience dealing with these things you find out they will start saying around June 15th that the government is on rotating summer break not at full capacity so that slows the process down. They will say the process is about to begin again on around September 15th when everyone is back from summer break. Agian they will say they need 2-3 months that gets them to December break without doing anything. You are then told be patient until everyone is back after January 15th, again with a 2-3 month wait. So we are looking at March of next year at the earliest; probably next May before anything happens. I hate to say it, but I've had this happen so many times dealing with Government issues I live in confidence the only months they do anything is in March, April, and May.

The system is so slow, all it needed is a little push in the right direction..
