The age calculations, were only for determining how much NVC veterans would have their future PFL pensions reduced.

Actually the PFL $$ is not accurate because it'll depend on how old you are divided by the number of months till you reach the age of 84 for a Man and 86 for a woman.
Now I think Chaud is also asking about the 7% assessment, and gets paid only 5% what happens to that 2%, well what happens it goes into a Hold, so if later you have a claim adjudicated and again you get another 7% assessment, that 2% from your previous claim that you didn't get paid will now be added to this claim, so now your Assessment instead again of being paid @ 5%, will be added to the 7% to become 9% and this time you'll be paid at the 10% rate

They are adjudicated separately, but the Pension payments have always been based on total percentage, so total percentage would be 8.
Should be in the 10% bracket.
Should be in the 10% bracket.

Each claim is adjudicated separately so you would receive PFL $ 11.72 or lump sum $ 3,81279 for a disability of 1%.

Veteran Affairs Canada Schedule 3 - Pain and Suffering Compensation
According to this above ref. if you get a DA for hearing loss at 7% you are paid at 5%?
So if my next PFL for the ankle is 1% do I get paid 10%? (Now i am in the 8-12 range)
DR PFL Lump sum
1% 1 11.72 3812.79
2 2 23.44 7625.58
3 3 35.16 1 1438.36
4 4 46.87 15251.15
5% 5-7% 58.59 $19063.94
10 % 8-12% 117. $38127.88
How does it work?
