Slimy is as slimy does...ick, I now need to wash myself just thinking about how we have been sold out for selfish gain...but remember he "loves" us...or, that's right, he and the legal beagles love our money but hate us.

Well there is nothing to do because the legal firms pr department and Dennis himself have did an excellent job of making people believe that only 20 people have a problem with it and they all are from CSAT .

Dennis has learned to play like a lawyer. Using half truths to mask his total misleading statements. Of course Dennis doesn't mind the legal fees. He is the one who agreed to 30%, but at 17.83%, since his retro is only $10000 and if the interest bumps it to $15000, his legal bill will still be less than $3000, but he is getting $50000 extra that will not have legal fees deducted from it. I don't even know if he'll have to pay taxes on that money, since it is being gifted to him, so he is making out like gangbusters compared to what he has lost. Plus he is now also getting his full EELB, which he is now seeking that money retroactively. Anyone else in the class who is looking at getting $65000 from the lawsuit will be paying 4 times the legal fees, at almost $12000.

Thank you Sparrow as always your intel is very solid, at east we know now after reading that that no decision is expected until mid April and they expect it to be approved . Also interesting about the legal fees and how Dennis thinks 66 million is well deserved and how a bunch of veterans 20 or so are the only ones against the settlement, he's referring to CSAT

This link from the Nova Scotia House of The Assembly Standing Committee on Veterans Affairs has current references to the Sisip Ltd Lawsuit with particular details which would provide a better understanding of potential time frame of the decision by Justice Barnes to be rendered.
I located the document on a public access site as well as asked and received Dennis Manuge's authorization to post on Csat.
