This must be a good friend of Paul Hellyer. This guy said the alien first came to him in 63...maybe it was when he was trying out some acid!?

I am not sure if newer soldiers would know who Hellyer is. If u don't know who he is, he was the defense minister that helped destroy the Canadian military by his so called unification of all forces.
