Great SD...maybe you should also look into this age 65 cut-off as well. I would understand that being in place if one joined after it changed, but those who were on the plan for life, for them to change it without their knowledge...wouldn't that be a breach of contract as well?

Anyone that has been denied sisip ltd email me  corbslawdog@gmail.com Also...I am working with a colleague and considering another class action against the GOC with regards to years of (lack of ) Duty of Care to which the Standard of Care lacked due diligence on screening veterans when releasing out of the service prior to the NVC. Many were missed, many released and have been lost in the system!
