Hector, as long as you were not zeroed out while on LTD because of your employment, then you should be getting the entire $259/month back that was deducted. Right now SISIP is just trying to ensure that all other forms of income doesn't bring you closer to or over the 75% mark, without the PA pension being calculated in, to avoid an overpayment. So if your other income (without the PA pension) came to $2900 and your 75% mark was $3000, then your refund will only equal $100/month gross.

Need more info time period if you participated in VocRehab the works obviously no personal info this is like shooting in the dark

Been sitting on here reading the messages you guys post for some answers.... Someone help me please.... I got a letter from sisip asking for my info from when I worked while they were still paying me 50 cents on every dollar I made... I received 259 bucks from vac for a shoulder injury. Am I suppose to get anything back or am I up s$&ts creek?
