I'm ex Army also...the thing is I don't have a color board to pick from ...I have to code in the color to try an find one that is readable an take it from there...not a whole lot to choose from.

Kind of on the Air Force side, but this Army guy kind of likes it trooper..VVV...

Cannot go Duck Dynasty style (LOL)

I am limited to only certain colors ...an limited to shade from those colors.

I like it! I was kinda thinking you'd go duck dynasty style, Trooper, but I like what you did with the place!

As you can all see I have added in the color Blue for the Categories & borders an the Forum title Red.

Again this is just for a trial basis to see how it works out.

If I don't hear any feedback from members , I will take it as a sign that the majority are in favor of the change , an will leave the change stand.

It's your Forum an you all should be given the opportunity to voice your opinion on this.

The objective is not so much to make it pretty...the objective is to make it easier to navigate throughout the Forum

I like the classic version of CSAT ! Maybe if I donated a portrait of myself , medals swinging on my chest, fedora with peacock feather at the ready, that might spruce up the site a little, hell I ain't going to lie, it'll spruce it up ALOT!

Trooper, Veterans do not come here because it's a pretty website. They come for the knowledge that members can offer each other. But that said, I will not say no, for the sake of saying no, because IMO, it will not affect the reason people visit the site. Obviously, the colours would have to be muted, because if I click on and see yellow font on a lime green background, or something equally nauseating, I will have to give you a Gibbs smack (NCIS reference).
