Justice Barnes Assistant has no right to send you or anyone else an update the only people are the Lawyers MC. So I will wait to get my email from MC and that will be my true confirmation of the announcement.

I wholeheartedly believed it to be a viable outcome. I understand your disappointment in not having an answer today and it weighs heavy on my heart. I will not post another second or third party rumor again. I have forwarded correspondence to Justice Barnes Assistant to request an update and will post any response I may receive.

It makes a huge difference where you live because for example NS is like 10 percent higher than ontario , which on a 100000 could add another 10000 grand to a veteran just because of where he lives!

You choose where you live so I guess it your fault that you don`t live where taxes are lower. So it your choice that you pay hire taxes. Quebec and New Brunswick pay high taxes Bilingualism comes at a high cost.

We would sure pay less taxes if we jumped on board with the rest of the world and promoted English.

This is not a slam I am French but just can see paying billions of tax payers dollars to write every thing twice.

I believe that had more to do with "payrole" accounts generated in Ottawa, fairly standard policy, but when dealing with taxation dollars it is where you reside

As I recall during our overseas deployments, the taxes we paid were based on the Ontario rate. In that we served our Country at home and abroad and that we were posted/released based on Service Requirements. Why then did they not negotiate for a common tax rate for all Disabled Veterans, regardless of where they now live!
