Re: CLASS ACTION SOON
That's great LawnBoy, again keep us informed.
With respect to files absolutely as long as they are not files from facebook or twitter, files from either have to be converted but copy and paste from facebook and twitter works fine. All other files can be linked on the forum with no problems. You Tube can be posted from any source including facebook and twitter.
So fill your boots and post your You Tube link.

Re: CLASS ACTION SOON
Here is an old one on losing CPPD prior to approval, a bd thing as no debt can be said to have crystallized because the application for a conditional pension is not approved & it only has a 35% approval ratr

Re: CLASS ACTION SOON
Experiment with a youtube video. This one is on "Strangers in contract." Manulife is a stranger to the SISIP policy as they are not the insurer & only administer it for Canada:

Re: CLASS ACTION SOON
My next meeting with my lawyer is next Tuesday. I've done all the work, it should go well. I hope to get either:
1. A writ of Mandamus which is an order to make them obey the laws they are ignoring. Lawyer says this is a long shot but if successful, they don't even get to speak as the judge sees that they are not obeying the law (can here be any excuse for disobeing law?) & simply agrees with me & tells them to get with the progrm;
2. If that is not available, a summary judgment as there is no case to be tried. Again, they break multiple laws. Fast win, if successful.
That point about posting here, can I post files? I don't mind but I hardly post here. I've been under a rock for years, only discovered Twitter last yea but now I have 15,500 tweets.
Do Youtube inks work here? I've made videos to explain things, want me to try one as an experiment?

Re: CLASS ACTION SOON
Thank You LawnBoy for given us more detail and much Thanks for participating and providing your input on several topics in this category today. If I may ask you about the status on your quest to sue, you say you plan to sue, how far have you got in this regards? Do you have a legal team representing you at this time? Are you seeking a Class Action Lawsuit? Are you doing all of this on your own? Are you looking for any assistance?
It seems as though you have done your homework, completed lots of work on this, your well organized with details of your conviction. Again much appreciated and please continue to keep us informed.
Just a note on facebook and twitter links, we have members and guest viewing the forum that is not registered with FB/T therefore the links do nothing for them. If it's not to much trouble it would benefit all if you can copy and paste any info from both facebook and twitter that pertains to your applicable subject that is posted by you in this particular topic.

Here is my "database" group. It is a lot of data, not user friendly at all BUT a very valuable resource. Search "Key evidence consolidation" for a concise summary of pertinent posts

Re: CLASS ACTION SOON
I plan to sue on the following:
1. SISIP LTD taking CFSA pension: Illegal as per CFSA s. 83 & FAA s. 67 so should be easy win. VAC's ELB should have to follow suit like the Manuge case. After all ELB is a copy of SISIP
2. Sun Life: same thing. I was a Reservist & get a Public Service pension so PSSA s. 10(10) & FAA s. 67 are being violated;
3. SISIP LTD taking CPPD into acoount as per CPP Act s. 65(1) & FAA s. 67 & pensions are assets, not income (IBM v Waterman SCC 2013);
4. Sun Life taking CPPD, same as above;
5. CF pension taking CPP into account: CFSA s. 15(2)(b) is countered by 3 laws: CPP Act s. 65(1). FAA s. 21 & 67; Marzetti SCC 1994; Beattie ONSC
6. PS pension taking CPPD, ditto;
7. SISIP/ELB for Reservists at 75% prior to 2015 as who said that date was magic? VAC said that ELB for Reservists would match Reg F after APR15. That is an arbitrary date. I'm on SISIP & they wouldn't match VAC so they "top up" SISIP with ELB. No more "choose SISIP or ELB!" We can get both. I'm arguing that, if we can get both, why not 100% of each!

Re: CLASS ACTION SOON
HI Lawnboy - Will your class action also include ELB/EELB deduction of CPPD. I do not know the ins and outs, and do not get why it is taken off our ELB/EELB..VVV...
