Medical Marijuana

Need some help, I was first approved for 3G per day and last year my Dr increased recommendation to 5g per day. Now with this I have been getting 500ml of CBT and 500ml of THC. This month when I ordered Aphria tell me Health Canada has changed their formula and now I have a reduction of 250ml of oil because they say the formula has been changed from 10/1 to 18/1. This seems to me BS, reached out to Medrelief and they tell me I can only order a max of 400ml of oil from them in a month. So they cannot even begin to feel my prescription. I need to either get another increase of daily grams or find a new provider, can anyone help me with recommendations please. Thanks.

Thanks all. I talked with my psychiatrist, who prescribed me 3g a day before. I told him how I needed more for various reasons, etc. He told me he was gonna send a referral. And for me to call cannaconnect and they would fix me up. That sound familiar, anyone else went this route? Thanks

For what its worth, I got a MM prescription of 3 grams/day increased by my doctor when I explained to him how much more is needed to create edibles, my preferred method of consumption. I did not make any attempts to have it increased by VAC.

I am not sure how difficult obtaining approval for over three grams will be for you. There are Vets on this website with more than 3grams and hopefully they can chime into this discussion.

As a first step, I suggest talking to you Doctor/Specialist about increasing your dosage. He is the person who will need to submit supporting documentation and a rationale on why you need more than three grams per day.

Newf, I also get 3 grams a day. I was wondering if many ppl are approved for more than 3 grams a day. For myself, 3 grams a day is not nearly enough, is it very rare to get more approved do you know? Thanks

I have a prescription for MM with three grams per day which is the max amount. It is my understanding that your Doctor would have to submit documentation and a rationale for VAC to CONSIDER approving a higher amount. I went with the supplier named Medreleaf for past two years....great service and great product.
