Gunner8 - I would call the 1800 #, ask for person who answers to mail you out the form, or better, ask for the On Duty CM, and have him/ her mail you out the correct form. Even though there all at home, they are on the system, and have access to the forms. VVV

Basically. If the forms are not available online. someone has to physically go to the office and mail them out. But if all the VAC staff are still working from home, they will not have access to the forms either.

Teentitan, there is not papers on Vac account for reassessment as far as I know.

Bigrex, so basically we have no choice but to wait until Vac decides to open their offices again?

Yes, because a lot of government offices have been shuttered since March, due to Covid. So if there are VAC staff, back to work, they likely have a backlog of requests.

Are the forms you need to fill out not on myvacaccount that you can download and print?

Applications/paperwork is supposed to be available on myvacaccount so the member can either submit online, mail, or both. Or has that changed?

Anyone else having trouble getting paperwork mailed to them? I’ve been asking to have reassessment paperwork sent to me since March and they keep telling me I have to wait until the offices open. Firsts it was end May, then June, still nothing.
On myvacaccount it shows it’s in step one but I still don’t have any paperwork to get it started. Any suggestions? Thanks
