The old pension and money for children...
Under the old pension a veteran who had a disability received a portion of money monthly, plus an additional portion if they were married, and yet a further amount if/ per child they had. Here is a question , let's say an injured veteran under the old pension was married and had 3 children. Then over time, the couple took in and legally adopted 2 more children, would VAC then start/have to pay the veteran as if he had 5 children?
