I'm no expert but my understanding is that if you collect Income Replacement Benefit or Diminished Earning Capacity, those amounts are deducted dollar for dollar if/when you take Cpp or oas.
So if your irb/dec take home was $3000 a month and cpp was $1000 and oas was $500, you would now only take home $1500 from vac.
I don't think cpp or oas is weighed against your actual military pension, or a disability pension, those are separate, but l could be wrong about the vac disability amount being subtracted
