VIP payments are paid twice a year.
1st payment is on your approval date for VIP. (sometimes it takes a business day or two for banks to process the deposit)
2nd payment is 6 months later.
So to answer your question no not everyone gets their VIP payment at the same time.

My question is in ref to VIP payment, does everyone receive the grant payment at the same time? Was one sent on the 23rd? I was told I would receive a payment on the 23rd I just haven’t received it yet.
