Propat is right, you should receive the full amount of your PA pension that was deducted from 2005-2009, and then the amount of your PA pension that brought you to the 75% mark after then.

IMO, these Veterans should have their retro paid now and then the interest amounts and extras paid when it is all said and done. They know the amounts of retro owing, they were deemed TPI before getting zeroed out, so there should be no need to be reassessed, and they fall within the original timeline for the lawsuit (they aren't left waiting to see how far back the settlement covers before qualifying), This would greatly reduce the wait times after the settlement is approved.

old vet you should get everything they shorted you whilke you were on sisip ltd back to 2005.

Hey all, just curious, I was deemed a Zero Sum Claimant as of 2009, however on/off SISIP since 2005. How far back do you think SISIP will go for me 2005 or 2009? Thanks all,
