Pension Benefits and HST in Ontario
As I live in Ontario I was curious if on 1 July 2010 the taxes on my CF Pension benefits (PSHCP, Dental, SDB) if it would fall under the HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) and the Ontario government official informed me that there will not be an increase in taxes for my benefits.
At least not now but with all things government tax laws can change...
