Really this is too much, I can't believe it , no , really think about it, we all expected and waited for this day, it was even delayed a month, WTF is the excuse, I feel like flying down to halifax tonight and protesting in front of the court house and McInnes Cooper office, no reason given, either

Charge the bast__ds 10% per delay! How many delays has this been now...

If there is an actual legitamite excuse for the delay we should have known about it weeks ago not the day before. This is deliberate and cruel punishment towards us. And to think we served our country so that others can live as they choose, I did not do it for these low down mangy scoundrals!

In the days of mail, I could expect a delay, but in the age of instant access to information, there is no excuse that the entire class could not be notified by Noon, at least we should know the bones of the proposal. They could send it out in an email, or simply paste it onto the "leavenovetbehind" website.

The difference between the 9th of Jan and Mid Jan is lighting speed in the world of litigation. I personally would have expected 2-3 weeks. It's a bummer for sure folks.

Here is what we were told on 14 Dec 2012.

We are pleased to report that negotiations with the Department of Justice have concluded as of Tuesday, December 4, 2012, with face to face meetings in Ottawa.  Notice of the proposed settlement will be reviewed by the Court on January 9, 2013 and, if approved, promptly provided to Class Members.  The settlement approval hearing is scheduled to be heard in the Federal Court in Halifax on February 14 & 15, 2013.
How is mid January prompt. I just want to be told the correct date and times, why is there so much misinformation. The least we all deserve after all the pain and suffering of us and our families is correct and percise information.

Someone with more internet savvy then me please dig up the memo about the 14th of February, and the thirty days so we can see the facts please.

There's gonna be alotta people goin apeshit if the 9th falls through.

Man if I lives in Halifax i would be outside their office with signs daily.

They knew weeks ago that we would not hear any news on the 9th as for someone spilling the beans tomorrow the gag order will be extended or law firm will tell Dennis not to say anything again.

I will be more than willing to eat crow if I am wrong, but I've seen this 'government' in action far too long to expect them to play fair.

They've got thirty days before the 14th of February, so if we count back, ta-da, the 9th of January is a non-event, just like the end of the world in December.
