My wife actually Googled it last night. Tonga sounds fantastic. Kinda far for family to visit though. Off the coast of Australia. Vancouver Island is where I am headed and perhaps winters in Baja of California-Mexico. Still -9 here and tons of snow and ice roads are still in use. Tired of winter.

Nope...just my VAC disability and CPP. Not enough time in for a pension before I got injured. Training accident pre 1st Gulf War. I can't even remember the rate for sure or the date my retro goes back to. Soon...very soon.

Red as trooper stated the full amount you pay for legal fees goes on the other deductions line on your 2013 tax return. So your gross income will go down then the taxes are figured out.

The law firm should have these instructions on the memo next week.

Yes Red, it's been stated that we can declare the fees on our 2013 tax return.

24 Years in October for me...

The taxes should be calculated AFTER the legal fees are taken off! Not before anyway hopefully next tax season we may get some taxes back...hopefully.
