bad people and bad organizations never due good things once they have been caught because that would admit guilt and there ego and pride would be affected.

Great news, this will really drag out at this rate. Hasn't everyone just had enough of sisip? give us the damn cheques or at least have the courtesy of informing us if you have worked on ours. I for one have already complained to my mp, hoping for an answer soon.

This was taken from the “Leave no vet behind” site.
We wanted to provide an update on the payment process. As this payments process involves over 7,500 Class Members and significant amounts of money, we must be very careful with its administration.
During the first week of each month, Manulife will provide McInnes Cooper with a list of all claims processed in the previous month and the funds necessary to pay those processed claims. MC cannot control whose file is processed first by Manulife or how many claims are processed in each month. With some exceptions where additional information is necessary, the Court Order requires that claims be processed within 6 months of April 15, 2013.
MC will then issue a cheque for each Member's processed claim. MC will courier the cheque to each Member. In order to focus on sending these cheques out as quickly as possible, MC will not answer questions about whose claim was processed in the previous month.
Interest of 5% will continue to be applied to claims until they have been processed by Manulife.
MC has just been informed that Manulife processed claims for 214 Members in April 2013.

It seems it is going to be another weekend of not knowing what is happening? No list, no numbers, no mention of who is on the first list = situation normal in Vet land.
