After re-reading the statement from MC, it looks like Manulife is holding the funds for our retro payments. During the first Week of each Month Manulife will provide MC with a list of all processed claims for the previous Month, and the funds necessary to pay for those processed claims.

Just trying to figure out this 214 claims done for April, with all the time they had to work on this, something has to be up with that low number of processed claims. I guess we just have to wait and see.

Does anyone know where the funds to pay our retro is ? Does anyone know if the total amount of funds to payout all our retro is available? Does anyone know if the GOC is releasing a certain amount of money for each Month, of the six Months allowed by the order to complete the payout ?
