It will really only benefit those zero sum clients who were reinstated and have or will receive several years of back pay. For the majority of those who only received 24 months of SISIP, this may increase your second year amount slightly as well as increase your interest amounts owed, but I doubt by much, especially since legal fees and taxes will also be deducted from any increase.

This sit down is about the CPI and how it should have been calculated on our "gross" instead of the "net" amounts owed to us from SISIP.

When I spoke to Peter about this months ago he said that if we do win this discussion more money will be coming our way. Unfortunately not in time for this tax year. So we will be paid, if we win, in 2014 and yes there will be lawyer fees to be paid if we win.
