I've kept these e-mails to ref.erence them when the time was right , & from the people who originally sent them : i'll dismiss the verbal diareea......

A couple of points from Peter Driscoll : Zero Sum members will be paid for June to Oct. 2012 """ PLUS INTEREST , PLUS TAX GROSS UP """
direct from Manulife .
""" No Deduction """ for legal fees .
2. Thurs. Oct. 17 , 2013 , 8:58 am
Directly from the Big Wig @ Manulife : As those months did not directly form part of the actual settlement , they were delayed until we completed the payments that were needed done in order to comply with the Settlement Agreement . We wanted to focus on meeting the deadline & only doing what was required to do so hence , why they were delayed beyond the estimated time frame I had given you back in July & then August ,.
We are now " Starting " to work on these " Cheques " as of """ TODAY """ OCT . 17 , 2013 , as we have met our deadline and are able to focus on sending out the .... 4 .... month's remaining . We apologize for the delay & hope you understand the reasons .
You can expect to receive a CHEQUE ............Within ........ 4 - 6 weeks .......for those FOUR missing Months , as well as , a CHEQUE for INTEREST payable on that amount .
Our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused . We are working as quickly as possible to Complete them .
That's the most pertinent points that you all need to know ,
