Re: INTERESTING QUESTION
I would contact Laura Bruneau directly trooper as that is likely the process someone will have to undertake to get an amendment to their refund. It will not likely be done in house at MC but by the adjudicator under the dispute calculations process. Just my thoughts.

INTERESTING QUESTION
This is and individual who sent a Letter to MC, asking for a refund on their Legal fees. % of fees payed on $20,000
For those who have received their refund and then have been accepted by CPPD you should contact MC,and get a refund on legal costs. For example I received $20,000 from CPPD, which is 18 months backdated, this $20 000 went directly to Manulife to pay back the SISIP refund. Therefore my SISIP refund is now $20 000 less than I originally received. So I should get the legal fees back for the $20 000 returned to Manulife. I sent MC a letter asking for my legal fee refund but have yet to get an answer.
I would like to hear what you think MC should do, refund, or no refund.
