Mine only had 4 sides to complete, 2 pieces of paper, for the doc to fill out, not very indepth, same one I've been filling out for 10 years, lol, usually a claimant statement comes which in your own words you describe your disability and limitations?

Would that be the LTD Claim Package ~ I don't think it is this one as it has 19 pages.

There have been well over 1000 Veterans who have come forward as members of the class, in recent months, that weren't previously identified by SISIP or MC. These additional Veterans' settlements are not bound by any time frame set by the courts, but SISIP is saying that they are being processed as quickly as possible.

Thanks Nav, I have yet to receive the medical questionnaire and hope it comes soon due to Christmas breaks that doctor takes. No 4 month as yet either but that is fine.

I called a while back and asked my cm, he said that they started some but since they were so busy with the extra 1000 or so who came forward with claims that it might take longer than anticipated. It's 5 percent, I actually asked for mine to be mailed out on or after 1 of Jan 2014 for tax purposes, lol I also found out about the medical everyone of us has to complete and Return by 1 of January

I understand that Nav, very well. It's the fact that SISIP and MC stated at the beginning of it all that widows were part of the randomness.
I brought up to SISIP this week about them having all the paperwork needed for them to proceed since some of the Vets that have passed had insurance and a "will" therefor it would apply to that same person that received these payments. I was told that I was bringing up a very good point.
It's like some widows are being punished because there spouses passed away. It's not like I have join the group last month. I have been part of this class action from the beginning as an original.
