I'm not aware of any advocacy work done by the War Amps anymore. So, in spite of their origins and name, I believe they focus almost strictly on children with amputations, and birth defects these days, than trying to deal with Veterans and VAC.

Question.

Does anyone here know the pro-active stance the War Amps of Canada has from an advocacy slant for our concerns?

Anyone here had dealings with them 1 on 1 for any experience at all, good or bad? Were they helpful?

Just need to know is all.
