Financial stability under the NVC, there is none! period.

Did you know that Veterans under the New Veterans Charter...2006 forward...have very poor credit ratings. The primary reason is that any income they receive is in the form of a patchwork of allowances that can be cancelled at anytime, without notice by VAC and/or the Government. Veterans under the pre 2006 Pension for Life Plan are guaranteed a tax free pension for Life, this means stable income to a bank. WHY is the Federal Government fighting Veterans (2006+) in court to deny them the same guaranteed income for life as their previous 2006 Peers? The answer is simple the government wants to save a few bucks on the backs of a new generation of Veterans.
