Thanks for the advice Teentitan, they are assigning my case now.

No I haven't contacted them. Until now I was in the dark that there was anything I could do. Up until a few months ago I've just continued being the good soldier, not questioning anyone and blindly following the course of action I was told to.

Have you called the Veterans Ombudsman office? This is things that are in their mandate. If the program is not working they want to know.

Difficulties and confusion. When the people administering the program don't seem to understand what the program is. Having trusted the so called "professionals" on this issue, I've ended up sideways to no where.

Has anyone out there had any difficulties using Canvet as part of the VAC NVC Rehab Program's educational component? Either the veteran or a spouse who has had dealings with them?
