actually it normally depends on your separation . if you had a full legal separation ie; the lawyers did their gusintas and divided everything you were legally done with her at that time of sighing financially speaking . if you applied after that date you are good to go .

thats a tough one i know guys that were in your position and they did keep theres but i dont know if it was some sort of pre agreement or not i dont know anything about the legal side of your ?

Greetings, I have a question. I separated from my wife back in 2009 and we are still separated (not fully divorced). I was medically released in Sept 2011. I just received a vac lump sum payment a few days ago for generalized anxiety.

is my separated wife entitled to my benefit?
