VAC Benefits and Divorce

Long story short, both my current partner and I are currently going through nasty divorces (greedy ex-spouses who just want to see us burn or take all our money)… we're both still waiting to hear from our case managers... but hoping for some actual references…
1. Vac benefits (ELB, CIA,CIAS etc) are they considered pension and are our exs able to take 50%?
2. Super Annuation: pension dividable?
3. SISIP LTD: again considered pension/income?
4. Awards: awards granted during separation, are exs able to access that money through divorce as an asset?
Looking for personal experiences that are somewhat recent... and hopefully have answers in BC.
