Because they lie. I am also sitting at around 22 weeks for a reassessment. This is absolutely ridiculous and MP's would not stand for this if this was happening to them.

Vac wait times Empty Vac wait times

Called today, average wait time is 17 weeks, I’m setting at 22 weeks. Still working on files as old as dec 17. I don’t understand how they come up with the 17 week average.
Any thoughts
