from the forms I'm looking at VAC is looking for the medical provider to also sign the forms, how is that possibly done if you're going back over a year, or never had the form at the time of the visit, or if you do everything on line? Thanks

If you have all your dates for all your appointments they will go back a total of 2 years i did it a few months ago for a total of a year and was paid it all can be done on my Vac Account hope this helps

wow, is it a year to year thing, I’ve been going to doctors and psychiatrists for years and never submitted a claim, am I sol, ..? I know my shrink could probably provide all the dates I saw them over the last 3 years

Yes they will for a pensionable condition. I do it all the time they will also pay for parking, escort if need be. There is a form in my vac account « health related transportation. Or something like that
