Question regarding ELB, cia, pension.....etc

Right now I get ELB and Cia and it’s all put together and then taxed before I get my net income. How will that work when April 1st comes?
Like for example I will get ELB that’s taxable, and cia which is not taxable, and then also the pension for the new PFL. Anyone have any idea how that will be all put together as a source of income? Thanks
