Actually Steelgunner he can put in an injury claim.
When the NVC came into effect in 2006 it was stipulated that MP's be "grandfathered" under the Pension Act.
So if it is a bad injury he will qualify for a monthly tax free payment

Maybe the MVA should put in a VAC claim and get a taste of the VAC slow walk to death waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting. Hurry MVA get it in before April 1st as you know the benefits will decrease.
I am joking and no he can’t put in a claim. But hey he should under Private Bloggins and see what we go thru.
